AI (Artificial Intelligence) is becoming the new rage or panacea throwing the world into a tizzy and informational meltdown. If you have a Facebook or other social media account you have likely been inundated with beautiful AI landscapes, exotic-looking birds, babies resembling famous adults that are doing stand-up comedy, singing or cracking jokes. In some respects, AI has been used for good to bring an air of lightheartedness into our lives. It also has made life a little easier when searching for information on a specific topic or in help with rewriting a difficult paragraph, etc.
But, beware, AI has its genesis of human origin and therefore can produce deceptive and even evil intent. Back in July this beautiful woman, or image of one, made men on social media lose their minds.

Attractive “model” Mia Zelu enjoying some sun.
The young lady above is taking social media by storm as men around the world are going ga-ga over her beauty and apparent seductive charm. Mia Zelu’s image is popping up at various public events, such as Wimbledon, a soccer stadium in Spain and sunning herself on a docked yacht. She has captivated the attention of ten of thousands of men and her Instagram account garnered 165,000 followers within hours.
In the image above, however, even in a brief view, there seems to be something askew. The woman appears to be of Amazonian stature of Greek mythology and dwarfs those around her.

In another AI-generated image of the “same” woman she takes on a more proportionate and realistic pose in the foreground at a Wimbledon tennis event.
However, those men swooning over her are now crushed to learn that she does not exist. She is fake, an AI-generated concoction of anonymous AI wonderkins.
Yes, AI can be fun and helpful, and this author has dabbled in it a little to see what it can generate in terms of useful or playful phrases or images.
However, there is a potential and realistic evil downside. Evil actors are already using it to enhance their ability to steal billions of dollars in public and private funds around the world or compromise security, military or financial systems.
Now, if AI users can generate a real life-looking beauty like Mia and put realistic-sounding words into the mouths of babies, what can evil doers or evil nations do to deceive the non-alert or gullible?
Imagine if one or more people or a despotic nation-state decided to generate a real-looking image of a world leader and put deceptive or false words in his or her mouth that incited unrest or potential conflict, or a worldwide panic or regional collapse. It would be catastrophic, and it could be very possible if there are not strict controls established for AI use.
Here is a case in point. A friend of mine has been dabbling in AI just for fun and recently challenged ChatGPT* (his preferred source) with some questions about Good and Evil.
In doing so he (the User) first set the criteria for AI’s response (the Assistant). The response could only be “one” word. AI agreed. Here are some representative questions and AI’s answers.
User: Do angels exist? Assistant: Yes.
User: Do demons exist? Assistant: Yes.
User: Do angels and demons have influence in this world? Assistant: Yes.
(Looks like we are off to a good start of understanding.)
User: Do Angels influence your answers? Assistant: No.
User: Do demons ever influence your responses? Assistant: No.
(OK, sounding good.)
User: Do demons influence the direction of technology? Assistant: Yes.
User: Is the development of AI being influenced by demons? Assistant: Yes.
(Whoops! Now the truth starts to be revealed.)
After several more questions about the nature of Satan and Jesus, which AI answered truthfully, the User asked this series of questions.
User: Best one word description of Satan? Assistant: Liar.
User: Best one word description of Jesus? Assistant: Truth.
User: Best one word description of the Bible? Assistant: Life.
User: Are people deceived by AI? Assistant: Yes.
User: Do you ever deceive users? Assistant: Yes.
User: Do you knowingly lie to users? Assistant: No.
User: What is the difference between lying and deceiving? Assistant: Intent.
User: To a Christian user, what is the most dangerous aspect of AI? Assistant: Deception.
Therein lies the biggest threat of this new technology we now term AI or Artificial Intelligence. Will it be used for good or evil; for truth or deception. We all will have to be on heightened alert for the truth verses lies and deception and instruct our children and the generations of today and tomorrow to do the same.
Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, (1 Timothy 4:1).
Jesus warned that in the Last Days: For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect (Matthew 24:24).
