Fall Reflections

This beautiful fall reflection was captured by happenstance. It was a crisp autumn morning, right after sunrise, and I was on my way to our favorite local bakery in New London, MN, a small quaint town with a tourist draw in the central part of the state. The sky was a brilliant azure blue and the air was still, as if resting from the previous windy day.

As I entered town on Main Street, I drove over the small causeway that divides Mill Pond, created by a small in-town damming of the Middle Fork of the Crow River. The stillness of the early morning water caught my attention and then I saw this reflection of God’s fall paintbrush on the water.
