Trump pushes Gazan relocation plan in call with Egyptian president
January 28, 2025
‘I’d like to get Gazans living somewhere they can live without disruption,’ Trump says, doubling down on call for Egypt and Jordan to take in Gazan refugees.

President Donald Trump is continuing his push to find third-party countries to host Gaza refugees, despite initial opposition to his plan.
Speaking with reporters on Air Force One on Monday while en route to Joint Base Andrews, the president discussed his telephone call with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi on Sunday.
Over the weekend, Trump spoke with both Jordan’s King Abdullah II and al-Sisi about the prospect of the two countries taking in some of the roughly 1.5 million Gazans the Trump administration hopes to relocate as part of a voluntary mass migration, during which the Gaza Strip could be rehabilitated and rebuilt.
In his comments to the press over the weekend, Trump said the move could be either temporary or “long-term.”
While the Egyptian Foreign Ministry immediately rejected the proposal, calling it an “infringement” on the rights of Palestinian Arabs, Trump said that when he discussed the plan with al-Sisi, the Egyptian president responded by calling for “peace in the Middle East.”
“His response [was] that he’d like to see peace in the Middle East,” Trump said. “I’d like to see peace in the Middle East.”
“I’d like to get them living in an area where they can live without disruption and revolution and violence,” the president continued. “When you look at the Gaza Strip it’s been hell for so many years.”
“It just seems to me there’s been various civilizations on that Strip and, you know, it didn’t start here. It started thousands of years before, and there’s always been violence associated with it.
“So, I think you could get people living in areas that are a lot safer and maybe a lot better and maybe a lot more comfortable.” Read the complete article here.
While his intentions are good, President Trump seems to have very little historical or biblical understanding of the conflict in the Middle East or of Israel’s sworn enemies and Satan’s plan to annihilate God’s chosen people, Israel.
There is a reason why those who call themselves “Palestinian” are not welcome anywhere in the Middle East and especially in Arab nations. The leaders of Egypt and Jordan have made their positions clear since the Hamas-cited war started on October 7, 2023: No Palestinians will be accepted in their respective countries.

Israel and the Middle East: Will there ever be peace?
Islam’s Deceptions, Lies & False Gospel
Although the official position of both President el-Sisi of Egypt and King Abdullah of Jordan is that they want the Palestinians to stay in Israel to force a two-state solution of co-existence of the Palestinians with Israel. This will never happen.
Since 1994, when the Palestinians of Gaza were granted independence from Israel, they have been nothing but a thorn in the side of Israel. Since that time Israel has supplied Gazan residents with much of their electricity, water, food, school supplies, pharmaceuticals and medical supplies, electronics and jobs. In addition, over the same period, the Palestinians have received billions of dollars from Israel, United States and much of the world community. And, to what end? To build up a terrorist organization known first as the PLO (Palestinian Liberation Organization) and now Hamas.

Over this period, what the Gazans received was a hate-filled group of terrorists who used their children and women as military shields and cared little about the destruction of their homes, schools, hospitals, economy and safety in everyday life.
To fully understand what is going on in the Middle East and particularly between Israel and the Palestinians, read Israel and the Middle East: Will there ever be peace? To understand the mindset of Muslims and the ideology of Islam, read Islam’s Deceptions, Lies & False Gospel. Both works are easy and quick reads available on Barnes & Noble and provide a clear understanding why man will never bring about peace in the Middle East.
